As an Xperia VIP Card holder, you may avail of the following
In-Warranty services should your unit require servicing or repair:


• Free pick-up and delivery service. To schedule an appointment, you may get in touch with our Xperia Customer Contact Centre.

• Free Loaner Unit made available to you upon pick-up of your defective smartphone. Loaner unit may not be of same model and are always subject to availability.

• 7 Working Days Repair Turn-around Time within key cities (i.e. Metro Manila, Cebu. Davao) while 12 Working Days in other areas. Turnaround time starts from the pick-up date of your phone until the day it will be delivered.

• VIP Express Lane in selected Xperia Authorized Service Centres. Please present this card together with your official receipt to the Customer Service Representative.

The VIP services are applicable only to Xperia Z series models and shall be subject to terms and conditions of each service offering.

Availment of Xperia VIP Services can be done within the 1-year warranty period of your Sony Xperia smartphone.

Sony may (in its sole discretion) change, suspend or cease these services (or any part of it) without prior notice. It may also, on commercially reasonable ground, disable your access to these services.

We know that mobile phones are no longer a luxury but a necessity, but not everyone has the time to bring their phones to the service center for repair. That's why we are proud to offer you our own pick-up and delivery service for your Xperia™!

• An appointment for the availment of pick-up service can be made by telephone at 1-800-1-853-7669 or at +63 (2) 479-9777 at any time between 8AM to 6PM from Mondays to Fridays and 8AM to 1PM on Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays.

• The pick-up service covers areas nationwide. Date of pick-up will depend on accessibility of location.

• While Sony will try to accommodate your preferred date, please note that Sony will only be able to pick-up the device from Mondays to Saturdays between 9:00am and 6:00pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays), subject always to the availability of our Sony authorized courier.

• Please ensure that you backup all data in your mobile device and remove all SIM and/or SD cards before handing your mobile device over to our Sony-authorised courier.

• You will need to complete and sign an acknowledgement form and/or such other documentation required by Sony, listing out the defect symptoms and the mobile device(s) that you are handing over to our representative.

• One of our representatives will contact you to arrange for a suitable date and time for delivery

• While Sony will try to accommodate your preferred date, please note that Sony will only be able to pick-up the device from Mondays to Saturdays between 9:00am and 6:00pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays), subject always to the availability of our Sony authorized courier.
Xperia Loaner Unit

Because we understand how important your phone is to you!

In the unexpected downtime, a loaner unit of comparable functionality will be dispatched to you. You may use it while your own Xperia™ is being serviced for repair.

Loan unit will be made available to you for an agreed loan period, but such loan unit may not be of the same model and are subject always to availability.


The loan unit is of guaranteed excellent working condition once delivered to you.
You will be required to complete and sign an acknowledgement form and/or such other documentation required by Sony that you will be responsible for the the loan unit during the loan period. You agree to compensate Sony for any loss or damage to the loan unit which may be at an amount based on the current retail price of a similar model.

For the avoidance of doubt, all loan unit shall remain at all times the property of Sony and Sony reserves the right to require that the loan unit be returned upon request, without need for any reason.
Fast Turn-Around Time
We know you can’t afford to miss a tweet so don’t fret. Our goal is to provide you with a quick turnaround time to minimize the repair interval so that you won’t have to wait long to have your Xperia™ back.

If you are residing within key cities such as Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao, you can enjoy a guaranteed 7 business day turnaround time to have your Xperia™ picked-up, repaired and delivered right at your doorsteps. If your area is located outside these key cities, the turnaround time would be a maximum of 12 business days.

Turnaround time starts from the pick-up date of your phone until the day it will be delivered.

Simply show your Xperia™ VIP card to our friendly customer service staff so that he/she can give you assistance right away. You can be assured that your concerns with your Xperia™ will be dealt with promptly so that minimal downtime is incurred.
