Continuous Auto Focus
This feature allows users to ge the correct focus using the shutter button. Normally, pushing the shutter button half-way down will "lock" the focus of the image but with the Cyber-shot camera on this mode, it keeps focusing until it reaches the correct level of sharpness
Magnifying Glass Mode
This mode lets you shoot perfect images from as close as 1cm, allowing you to magnify images up to 3.3x.
Manual Exposure
Flexible Exposure control is provided with Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority and Manual Exposure modes. Program Shift lets you select aperture/shutter speed combinations for direct control of motion and depth of field, while still in Program AE mode.
NR Slow Shutter
Use the NR Slow Shutter to easily capture beautiful night scenes. The Twilight Portrait Automatically slows down the shutter speed and turns on the flash. The result is a natural colour image that enhances the illumination of the lighted potion of your image.
Picture Effects
Unique pictures are easy to achieve by applying the Picture Effects filters, four different effects are available.
Scene Selection
Each of the Scene Selection mode has pre-set settings that allow you to select the optimal configurations for your image with just a touch of your finger. So no matter what the shooting condition, just switch to the most suitable mode and start snapping.

Multi Point AF Auto
The auto Multi Point AF and Center Weighted Focus allows for more precise and accurate control of focusing objects – capturing sharper pictures, even for novice photographers.
For greater exposure accuracy, Sony's pre-flash itself. When the picture is taken, the flash fires twice- once to illuminate the subject and determine the correct exposure, then a second time to record the image with the best exposure possible.
With Sony's innovative NightShot, you can capture video images in the dark, even under 0 Lux lighting condition.
3x Optical Zoom
With Optical Zoom, image quality isn’t affected even when the magnification is increased. You'll be able to capture distant subject with optical clarity.
AF Illuminator
With an emission of visible light, it makes possible to focus on object that is normally difficult in a dark place. With AF Illuminator, the detection from proper focus distance becomes accurate.
