There is no picture or sound on the TV when connected to the port replicator.
Check the following if you get no picture or sound when the port replicator is connected to the TV:
- Make sure that each cable connected to the port replicator are properly and securely connected.
- Check if the AC adapter is properly connected to the port replicator and to a working wall outlet.
NOTE: The port replicator needs a power supply, therefore, it cannot be used without the AC adapter. - If the issue is still not resolved after checking the connections, remove the cables and the AC adapter from the port replicator, then reconnect them properly.
