Error message (Error 99999) appears when select All Apps icon

    If  you encounter error message (Error 99999) when you select All Apps icon, please perform  Refresh Internet Content and try again.

    Follow the steps below to perform Refresh Internet Content.

    1. Press HOME button on the remote.
    2. Select System Settings under Settings.
    3. Select Setup.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Refresh Internet Content.
