  • 1. Customers may preorder Sony LinkBuds Fit x Hatsune Miku bundle by adding P1,500.00 with their purchase of Sony LinkBuds Fit. Customers may receive a Hatsune Miku bundle worth P5,000.00. The LinkBuds Fit x Hatsune Miku bundle contains the following:​
  • a. One (1) Hatsune Miku Acrylic Figure
  • b. Two (2) Hatsune Miku Holomodel Digital Figures

  • 2. Customers may purchase Sony LinkBuds Fit x Hatsune Miku Bundle from the following stores starting October 23 - December 31, 2025:

  • c. Sony Centre Mall of Asia
  • Online:

  • 3. Customers will receive the Hatsune Miku Acrylic Figure upon purchase of the bundle.

  • 4. For the Hatsune Miku Holomodel Digital Figures, customers who order the new Hatsune Miku bundle need to register their product
    at MySony in order to claim the digital serial code. Customers without a MySony account will need to sign up
    at My Sony Rewards https://mysony.sony-asia.com/ph/contact/signup​ with the following details:
  • • First Name
  • • Last Name
  • • Email Address
  • • Date of Birth
  • • Product Serial Number
  • • Date of Purchase
  • • Official Invoice/Product Receipt

  • 5. Upon completion and submission of all the requirements in MySony, Sony Philippines will verify the purchase.
    Verification process will take at least one (1) week. Once verification is complete, the digital serial numbers will be sent via email.

  • 6. In order to redeem the Hatsune Miku Holomodel Digital Figures, customers must do the following steps:
  • a. Go to XMarket website https://xr-marketplace.com/en
  • b. Log in to XMarket or register as a new user.
  • c. Enter the 20-digit serial code from the "Enter Serial Code" button on the serial code entry page to redeem the digital figure.
  • d. Download the "HoloModels®︎" app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • e. Launch the app and tap the "Login" button at the bottom of the top screen.
  • f. Enter your XMarket registration information (the app will automatically return to the title screen once login is complete).
  • g. Start the app and the redeemed Hatsune Miku Holomodel Digital Figures will be added to the list.

  • 7. Customers will be able to receive the LinkBuds Fit x Hatsune Miku bundle in-store after one (1) week or will be shipped together for online purchases. For online purchases, please refer below for the number of days delivery will take per area coverage:
  • a. Within Metro Manila: 5 – 7 days
  • b. Luzon: 7 – 8 days
  • c. Visayas: 9 – 10 days
  • d. Mindanao: 12 -14 days

  • 8. No warranty shall be issued to the Hatsune Miku Acrylic Figure upon customer’s receipt of the item.
