- 1. All Sony E-Mount Lens and Cinema Pro Cameras purchased from Sony Authorized Dealers nationwide are covered with guaranteed one (1) year warranty.
- 2. To avail the additional one (3) months warranty, customers should register the model name and serial number and upload a copy of sales invoice from Authorized Sony Philippines Dealer at MySony Website.
- 3. Kit lens must be separately declared in MySony apart from the main body to avail of this scheme.
- 4. The registration and additional three (3) months warranty are free of charge.
- 5. An email will be sent to customer to confirm the additional one (3) months warranty.
- 6. A QR code sticker is also available outside the box that customer may scan to directly access the registration page.
PRE-REQUISITES
- 1. Successful registration at MySony
- 2. Sales invoice of the unit for warranty registration from the Sony authorized dealer.
- 3. In case of lost sales invoice, customer may present a Purchase Certificate from the Sony authorized dealer.
- 4. The registration for the additional three (3) months warranty shall be done within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will result to the default guaranteed one (1) year warranty.
