MECHANICS OF ELIGIBILITY

  • 1. Select serialized Sony headphones, soundbar, and optional soundbar speakers purchased from Sony Authorized Dealers nationwide are covered with guaranteed one (1) year warranty.

  • 2. To avail the additional three (3) months warranty, customers should register the model name and serial number at MYSONY.

  • 3. A QR code sticker is available in the packaging that customer may scan to directly access the registration page.

  • 4. Customers who bought from July 29, 2023 onwards and successfully registered within the 1 year warranty period are eligible for the three (3) months warranty extension.

  • 5. Final basis for the eligible warranty and coverage period will be the indicated purchase date in the sales invoice for the purchased unit.

  • 6. The registration and additional three (3) months warranty are free of charge.

  • 7. An email will be sent to customer to confirm the additional three (3) months warranty.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • 1. Successful registration at MySony

  • 2. Sales invoice of the unit for warranty registration from the Sony authorized dealer from July 15, 2023 onwards.

  • 3. In case of lost sales invoice, customer may present a Purchase Certificate from the Sony authorized dealer

  • 4. The registration for the additional three (3) months warranty shall be done within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will result to the default guaranteed one (1) year warranty.

  • 5. Customers who purchased from Sony Authorized Dealers nationwide (See Annex B) are eligible to avail the three (3) months warranty extension scheme on select Sony headphones, soundbar, and optional soundbar speakers (See Annex A).

  • 6. Only SERIALIZED product segment is included in the additional three (3) month warranty extension
