Why am I unable to perform Optimise apps (personalisation)?

    IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.

    If optimisation of the application is not successful, try the following:

    1. Make sure the application you are trying to personalise is updated to the latest version.
    2. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app and perform 360 Reality Audio Setup again.

    Note on Amazon Music app: As of October 2021, you cannot optimise the experience on Amazon Music app with the Sony | Headphones Connect app. You will need to enjoy the 360 Reality Audio tracks with an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription without personalisation.
