* To print a window, you need to establish the settings of your printer in advance.
Please refer to the user's manual supplied with your printer to establish the printer settings.

# To copy or print the entire window
1) Display the window that you want to copy or print.

2) Press the [Print Screen] key ([PrtSc] key) on the keyboard.

3) Click [Start] -> [Programs] -> [Accessories] -> [Paint].

4) Click [Paste] from [Edit].
The desktop window will be copied to the [Paint] window.

5) To print the window, click [Print] from the [File] menu.

# To copy or print only a specific window
1) Display the window that you want to copy or print and make it active.

2) Press the [Print Screen] key ([PrtSc] key) while pressing the [Alt] key.

3) Click [Start] -> [Programs] -> [Accessories] -> [Paint].

4) Click [Paste] from [Edit].

5) To print the window, click [Print] from the [File] menu.
