How to display the Menu Bar in Windows Vista?

The Menu Bar does not display because of default factory settings
For how to show the menu bar, please refer to the following steps.

■ Permanently show the menu bar
■ Temporarily show the menu bar

■Permanently show the menu bar
1.Open a random folder.
2.Click Organize, and then click Layout->Menu Bar.

3.The Menu Bar is displayed in the screen.
 The above settings are applied to all menus.
 Settings will be saved although menus are closed.

■Temporarily show the menu bar

1.Open a random folder.
2.Press the Alt key.
3.The Menu Bar is displayed in the screen.

This applies to displaying the Menu Bar by the above method, if operations such as clicking locations apart from menu bar are performed, the Menu Bar will not be displayed.
