After turning on 'Audio sharing' on my Android device, pairing with the second or additional device fails
If pairing with a second or additional device fails while Audio sharing is turned on, make sure to remove the earbuds from the charging case after putting them into pairing mode.
How to put the WF-1000XM5 in pairing mode
- Set the earbuds into the charging case. Leave the charging case lid open.
- With the charging case lid open, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the charging case for about 5 seconds or more. The headset does not enter pairing mode with the charging case lid closed.
- The indicator (blue) on the charging case repeatedly flashes twice in a row, and the headset goes into pairing mode.
- After entering pairing mode, remove the headset from the charging case.
