Volume is too loud or changes unexpectedly when connecting the Headphones to an iPhone

    If your Sony headphones volume is too loud or changes unexpectedly when connected to your iPhone, follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check iPhone Volume Settings 
       
    2. Disable iPhone’s Sound Check  (For Music Apps)
       
    3. Resetting Bluetooth Connection
      Try resetting the Bluetooth connection:
      Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
      Tap the (i) icon next to your Sony headphones.
      Select Forget This Device.
      Restart your iPhone and pair the headphones again.
       
    4. Update Firmware on Sony Headphones
      Use the Sony Sound Connect app (if available for your model) to check for firmware updates.
       
    5. Test with Another App or Device
      Check if the issue occurs in all apps (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, Phone calls) or just one. Test the headphones with another device (e.g., iPad or Android phone) to isolate the issue.
       
    6. Reset Headphones
      Perform a reset on your headphones
       
    7. Check for iOS Software Updates
      Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
      Install any pending iOS updates that may fix Bluetooth-related bugs.
