Good item, weird supporting software

The headset is excellent, great sound, much drama added through immersion. The supporting software is jank. Inzone Hub software keeps trying to manage my monitors HDMI connection and turning it off (and yes, all updated, all options set not to do this etc). Why does software to manage a USB connected device even need to interfere with a graphics card hdmi output? Solution, do not install Inzone Hub software.

Inzone H3, good bang for buck!

Great pair of headphones for gaming. Work really well with PS5 with it's spacial audio capabilities. Works well on PC too, with the Inzone app, plenty of customisations with EQ settings etc. Only grip is the wire doesn't feel the most durable, so will need to see how long it lasts as it proprietary and cannot be removed.

Good headset - Add PSVR2 on PC INZONE Hub support

The headset seems good quality, it's a bit bulky than my previous Sony Pulse 3D headset. I found these to be more comfortable than the PlayStation Pulse 3D headset. The spatial sound with the presets applied are a noticeable improvement, I always have the Music/Video preset enabled for regular media playback. The cabling is a bit thin, you'll want to be careful not roll up the cable or let it become tangled. If you use it without the included USB DAC, connecting it with an angled 3.5mm adapter might avoid the cabling from becoming damaged over-time. I bought this for the INZONE Spatial Audio features, most usage is in media playback and some gameplay. The presets in the INZONE Hub are simple to use. The USB DAC included is a bit like having an extension cable so it's easier to route it from the back of the computer to the front of the desk. Unfortunately unlike using Dolby Atmos, it's not possible to use the INZONE Hub app without connecting it to the included H3 USB DAC. If you try connecting the headset to the PSVR2 3.5mm jack while using it on PC, the HUB software does not recognize the Official PSVR2 PlayStation PC adapter (CFI-ZVP1) as a compatible DAC (although the PlayStation PC adapter is probably a bit better quality than the one included since it's made for SteamVR). In this instance, to enable Spatial Audio you would have to default to using Windows Sonic Spatial audio for Headphones like any other standard headphone or buy optional add-ons from Dolby Atmos/THX/DTS:X for Headphones etc to enable Spatial Audio features (when connected using a PSVR2) or have connect via the USB DAC (but that may present a trip hazard while using VR). My feedback is to add the Official PlayStation VR2 PC Adapter (CFI-ZVP1) as a compatible USB DAC for the INZONE Hub app so that wired 3.5mm Sony headphones like the INZONE headsets and Pulse 3D headsets can be customised using the INZONE Hub. If you keep it at a desk most of the time and don't need it to be portable, these would do fine for most people.

Wish I’d payed the extra and bought the Sony pulse headset these are ok my only problem is the max volume on this set is to low so if you’ve only got £55 to spend then these work ok but if you’ve only can double the spend definitely get the pulse set

Above average entry level gaming headset

I use it for PC gaming and it does what it's supposed to. Sound quality is above average, and the boom mic quality in particular is very good. I also really like being able to stop the mic by mechanical motion: very intuitive and natural. Inzone Hub is easy to use software, uncomplicated, and I don't feel like I ever need to attend to it. You can't really do without it, as the sound levels seem almost compromised without it. On the flipside, Inzone Hub is also is how these are recognized in Windows as a 7.1 surround set, and getting 360 sound using the shape of my ears is impressive tech, which actually works. Game awareness is very good, though I'm not 100% sure that I can hear things "behind" me. A few things could be improved, like comfort. The pads don't breathe well enough for longer gaming sessions, and they should probably be replaceable. I've also seen better build quality at the higher end. But for entry level, this headset does the job well, in fact it focuses on the right things. I'd recommend it.

For connectivity issues, make sure that the headset and USB audio box are both connected properly. Try using another USB port on your computer. Connect the USB audio box directly to the computer, and not via a USB hub.
Regarding the crackling sound, make sure that you are wearing the headset properly. Put the headset on your ears. Extend the slider to adjust the length of the headband. Put the headset on your head with the (left) mark on your left ear and the (right) mark on your right ear. There is a boom microphone on the (left) mark side. Adjust the position of the boom microphone so that it is near your mouth.

Everything is a nice and enjoyable with the 3.5mm audio cable, clear and emotion-rendering sound are guaranteed. A little drawback only occur when I use the USB audio box to play FPS game, like Valorant. There will be electronic murmur being produced from the audio, plus the volume will become lower compared to the time when I use 3.5mm audio cable. I haven't test for the video sound yet, but I wish this problem is occurred because of my USB port.

I really love the design, simple white and black aesthetic. The sound it produces is quite okay, but u should play with the inzone hub to adjust equalizer, otherwise it sounds bland. For the initial prize, for me it is quite expensive for its competitor. Overall if the prices a bit lower ( such as 70$ for the initial prize), the H3 will find more attention to the audience.

We are a technology driven family. In our world, Sony is the best of the best. These gaming headphones are good if you are not into all the bells and whistles. Easy to setup and configure. They are not only visually appealing but they fit the Sony profile of quality. Clear and crisp sound. I can hear certain sounds that I couldn't hear with my other headset. This is a base model but it includes a volume dial button and a mute option by simply lifting up the microphone. The quick flip muting option comes in handy when you need to have a side conversation with, for example, kids/partner (The ultimate interrupters). ;) Can't switch the microphone to the other side so you may have to adjust your comfort level if you are used to having it on the right. Headset is comfortable and lightweight. Overall, this was a good choice.

These headphones work great, box said they are for PC and PS5 only, however they work on my Xbox one with no problems. They aren’t the nicest looking headphones but do what they should with good non distorted sound. Only down fall I’ve found is they don’t have a mic mute feature.

I actually really love these headphones. I have used them for multiple purposes so far, gaming on both PC and Console watching videos and chatting. The person on the other end of the mic says it sounds great. I can hear everything crystal clear! These headphones came packaged well so that they wouldn't get damaged during shipping. The box has a direct QR code for help with set up if needed. They are super comfortable to wear they do not bother my ears or the top of my head at all. For a wired headset I definitely would recommend these!

I like that these headphones are wired not wireless. Also the mic gives the chance to communicate with other players. The sound is good quality. The downside is that the headset only works with certain electronic devices and consoles and I wish it was open to more devices and Universal.

This headset works wonderfully with my gaming laptop. The sound is impeccable and really let’s me dive deep into my game (this is also very great for shooters). I like that the cord is long so you don’t feel like you have to hug your setup and not have the ability to move around. The mic also is good quality so I’ve heard in my group parties. Expected way from from this top of the line gaming product but was let down due to poor sound quality as well as bad noise reduction from background noise. They do have a good design and the mic is non detachable so be advised.

In my opinion, this is a really nice looking headset and great quality for the price point. The rest of this feedback is from my teenage son who is definitely of an expert in these matters than I am. He says this is very comfortable, and easily adjustable on ears and head. Sound is crisp and clear. The microphone is also clear and doesn't muffle your voice. The mic is also easily adjustable, and the headset has a nice long cord. The only other feedback he had was that the cord is very thin so he's afraid it could be damaged easily and he doesn't feel the volume goes high enough but other than that, he is thrilled with his new headset.

My teenage son tried these out and thought they were great for a wired gaming headset. Earpads are lightweight and don't push ear tight against the head so very comfortable to wear. Volume levels do vary depending upon what device they are connected to. Only downside from my teenager was the inability to move about freely--my response was he could pay the upcharge for a wireless set. These are a good price for a comfortable wired headset.

These are pretty light weight and very comfy headphones,sound pretty decent but lack some sound quality over all, sound better without the usb dongle that lets you adjust everything,the microphone is a bit hollow sounding, but still overall they are not terrible for gaming and what not,music wise i would stick to other brands in the same price range,they have a very thin lightweight cable that is not replacable and i can see it being 1 of the first things to cause issues with them,but comfort wise these are better than a lot of the other brands in the same price range so it is sort of a comfort over sound decision when it comes to these or the other brand names,i would still recommend them to anyone looking for a good soft feeling and lightweight set of headphones.

I received this product a few weeks ago and paired them up with the family PlayStation 5. My son loves them! They worked instantly as we plugged it in the system. By far the best headphones I've ever gotten my hands on ! First of all, These headphones are very comfortable to wear which makes using them for longer periods easy and enjoyable. This may sound like a simple thing, but can make or break a headphone experience, especially for gaming.I love the design of these headphones since they are by Sony and match the PS5 design and look great next to a white ps5 controller and console.This headset includes a microphone for chatting and has a very simple way to turn it on or off by moving it up or down. When it is turned on or off a nice clicking sound is heard. There is also a nice volume wheel on the left side of the headphones which is also a nice feature to have. These also work on a PC and likely anything with a regular headphone jack, which is a great feature.The sound is able to be customized via an official inzone hub program or a PS5 app that works with audio equalization. This allows you to fine tune things like bass to your liking, overall I'm very pleased with these ! Definitely exceeded my expectations by far!

I got these for my gamer husband and he has used the cheaper headphones for years. These were a game changer, he even made me listen to them. The sound is so sharp and crisp and it blocks out the sound of our kids. I should get a pair myself! I would give them 10 thumbs up if I could!
