Setting IRQs in Windows 98
How can I set IRQs in Windows 98?
"Start|settings|Control Panel|System|Device Manager". Select a device and click "Properties". Select the "Resources" tab. Uncheck "Use Automatic Settings" and highlight "Interrupt Request". Click "Change Setting" and modify.
Be careful though. You can cause some real damage if you make the wrong changes.
