How do I create Group in [Address Book] on [Outlook Express]?
You can send a message to all group members by creating a group (alias) including the addressees of multiple receivers and also by simply entering the group name in the [To:] box.
You may create as many groups as you like and may also register the same address to multiple groups.
To create a group in [Address Book] on [Outlook Express], please refer to the procedures below:
A. For Outlook Express Ver.4.*
--Procedure--
1) Click [Start] -> [Programs] -> [Internet Explorer] -> [Outlook Express].
2) Click [Address Book] in the tool bar of [Outlook Express].
3) Click the [New Group] button on the tool bar of the [Address Book] window.
4) Enter any name you like in the [Group Name] text box of the [Group] tab in the [Properties] dialog box.

- To add an address existing in [Address Book] to the group
a) Click the [Select Members] button in the [Properties] dialog box.
b) Click the address that you want to register to the group in the [Select Group Members] dialog box and click the [Select] button. Then click [OK].
- To add a newly registered address to the group
a) Click the [New Contact] button in the [Properties] dialog box.
b) Enter the necessary information in the [(Newly Registered Member) Properties] dialog box and click [OK].
6) Click [OK] in the [Properties] dialog box.
The group that is registered to [Group Name] is created.
B. For Outlook Express Ver.5.* and Ver.6.*
--Procedure--
1) Click [Start] -> [Programs] -> [Outlook Express].
2) Click [Address Book] in the tool bar of [Outlook Express].
3) Click the [New] -> [New Group] buttons in the [Address Book] window.
4) Enter any group name you like in the [Group Name] text box of the [Group] tab in the[Properties] dialog box .

- To add a mail address existing in [Address Book] to the group
a) Click the [Select] button in the [Properties] dialog box .
b) Click the address that you want to register to the group in the [Select Group Members] dialog box and click the [Select] button. Then click [OK].
- To add a newly registered address to the group
a) Click the [New Contact] button in the [Properties] dialog box .
b) Enter the necessary information in the [(Newly Registered Member) Properties] dialog box and click [OK].
- To add a new address to the group without registering it to [Address Book]
* This function is available only in Outlook Express Ver. 5.*.
a) Enter a member name and its e-mail address in the [Name] and [E-Mail] text box in the [Properties] dialog box, and click the [Add] button.
6) Click [OK] in the [Properties] dialog box.
The group that is registered to [Group Name] is created.
