This issue can be resolved by turning the A.VOL (Auto volume) setting OFF. Follow these steps to turn on the setting:
Note: When the A.VOL (Auto volume) setting is On, the volume adjusts automatically depending on the input signal or content from a connected device.
- On the remote control, press the MENU button.
- Select AUDIO → A.VOL → OFF.
Note: To select the item you want, press the ↑ (upper), ↓ ( lower), or ENTER button repeatedly. You can return to the previous layer by pressing the BACK button. - Press the MENU button to turn off the menu.
If the issue is still unresolved, try to reset the system.
- Press the MENU button on the remote control.
- Select RESET by pressing the ↑ (upper) or ↓ (lower) button.
- When ALL RESET appears on the front panel display, press the ENTER button, and then the system settings returns to the factory default.
If you cannot perform a reset using the Setting Menu, press and hold
(power) and – (volume) on the subwoofer for more than 5 seconds. The settings return to their initial status.
- On the remote control, press and hold the NIGHT button for more than 5 seconds.
- When A.VOL appears in the front panel display, select OFF by pressing the volume +/- button.
- Wait until the displayed setting (OFF) disappears from the front panel display.
If the issue is still unresolved, try to reset the system.
- Press and hold
(power) and – (volume) on the subwoofer for more than 5 seconds. - Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), and then plug it back in.
