A black box may appear on the screen while you are watching DTV channels.
This is a temporary display issue that can occur when the broadcast signal becomes weak or unstable.
Until the software update is available, try one of the following actions to clear the black box:
- Change to another channel.
- Close and reopen the Live TV app.
Note: The symptoms may return if the broadcast signal continues to drop or remains weak.
Check your antenna connection and, if necessary, contact your local broadcaster for assistance.
