Can the remote control be operated when the remote control receiver is not in contact with direct sunlight?
Can the remote control be operated after obstructions are removed from between the remote control and remote control receiver?
NOTE: If the remote control is equipped with a cover, remove the cover and check whether or not the remote control can be operated.
