The available time of the headphones is short even if it is fully charged (WF-SP800N)
By changing the headphones settings or use methods, consumption of the charging battery can be saved. Check the following:
- Turn off sound settings such as Equalizer on the Sony | Sound Connect app.
Music playback time when fully charged Codec Noise canceling function/Ambient Sound Mode Available operating time AAC Noise canceling function: ON Max. 9 hours AAC Ambient Sound Mode: ON Max. 9 hours AAC OFF Max. 13 hours SBC Noise canceling function: ON Max. 9 hours SBC Ambient Sound Mode: ON Max. 9 hours SBC OFF Max. 13 hours Note: About 60 minutes of music playback is possible after 10 minutes charging.
- Store the headphones in the charging case after use.
If placed in a pocket, it will be mistakenly recognized as being equipped and will not transfer to the power saving mode. Always store it in the charging case after use.
