    When I scroll down to Picture settings, certain settings are disabled or greyed out.

    This issue is caused by certain Scene Select settings.

    Follow the steps below to update the TV to the latest software:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Customer Support.
    4. Select Update.
    5. Select Network.
